If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we apologise in advance and ask you to please call us on 0161 8391374 and ask for customer services.
You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date that you received it.
To be eligible for a return,
1. You must let us know by completing our returns and exchange form
and email us to firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
3. Your item must be in the original packaging.
4. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item,
1. We will inspect it and qualify the case.
2. We will also notify you once we have received and inspected the item.
3.Refunds don't include delivery charges.
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your bank account via the original method of payment.
You will receive the credit in a time frame dependant on your card issuer's policies.
Unfortunately, in the case of the purchaser ordering the wrong item, you will need to return the products back to us at your own cost.
We would cover the shipping cost for the return and resend if we ascertain the issue was caused by our mistake or a fault with the products.
Otherwise, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
