We have answered some of our most commonly asked questions to help you as quickly as possible. If you have a question, it might be answered below so please read before getting in touch!

Orders

How do I place an order?

It’s quick and straightforward, simply browse our products, add what you need to your basket and complete the online checkout steps.

Is there a minimum order value?

There’s no minimum order value, you’re free to order exactly what you need whether that’s 1 or 1000+ units.

Can I get better prices for larger quantities?

Yes! Many of our products have tiered pricing so the more you buy, the lower the unit price. The quantity discounts are shown on each product page indicating the amount you’ll need to purchase to get that unit price. Bulk discounts are automatically applied.

Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we’ll do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible to request any changes.

Can I open an account?

You can create an account here to make online checkout faster and track your orders from one place.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Is VAT included in the prices shown?

All of our prices are shown excluding VAT, but this will be clearly added at checkout before payment.

Do you offer trade accounts or credit accounts?

We don’t currently offer trade accounts or credit accounts. Our online shop is set up for anyone from small independent businesses to large corporations, who can all access the same discounts and all orders must be paid for before dispatch.

Delivery

How long will my order take to get to me?

We estimate 1-2 working days for delivery on all orders. Please read our shipping guide for more information.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Scotland and parts of Europe.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, all orders above £45 are eligible for free shipping within England and Wales. Prices vary across Scotland, we can only guarantee free shipping for orders over £120 in Glasgow and Edinburgh.

How do I collect my order?

You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect, this will usually be 2-4 business hours after you place your order, between the hours of 9 am and 6 pm Monday-Friday.

My delivery hasn’t arrived, what do I do?

Please check your tracking status in your account to see if there have been any updates. If your order still hasn’t arrived, please contact us and we’ll investigate.

What do I do if there’s an issue with an order I received?

If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll assist you. Alternatively, refer to our Returns & Exchanges page.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date that you received it.

Are custom printed items refundable?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on any custom packaging products unless they are faulty or incorrect.

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

Please contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible and include photos where possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Products & Services

Are all of your products sustainable?

All packaging products from SR Mailing are made from recycled, recyclable and compostable materials, making them some of the most eco-friendly products on the market.

Are your mailing bags biodegradable or compostable?

Both! We stock a range of environmentally friendly mailing bags, including recyclable and biodegradable options. Please refer to the product specifications for specific details on individual products.

Do you provide samples before I place a bulk order?

Samples are available on selected products, please contact us if you would like to check suitability before placing an order.

Do you offer branded packaging design support?

Yes! Our custom packaging services are available to anyone looking for branded products. Get in touch to discuss your printing requirements.

Can you make products to custom sizes?

We don’t currently offer custom sizes, but many of our products are available in a range of sizes and these are detailed on the product pages.

Are your products suitable for Royal Mail size guidelines?

Many of our products are designed to align with Royal Mail sizes, like our Royal Mail PIP boxes and expandable envelopes. We recommend checking the current Royal Mail guidelines alongside product dimensions.

Can you help me choose the right packaging for my business?

Absolutely. If you’re unsure which product is best, contact us with a few details about what you’re sending and we’ll be happy to point you in the right direction.
