Here at SR Mailing, we take complaints against our staff extremely seriously.

If in the rare event you have a formal complaint regarding one of our staff members, please email HR@SRMAILING.CO.UK and request our formal complaints form and procedure.

Please do not use this service if you have issues with your products, this is for formal complaints only regarding staff and company practice.

Any product issues can be sent to info@srmailing.co.uk and a sales representative will discuss solutions for you.
