• Orders received before 12 pm Monday - Thursday will be dispatched same day
• Orders received after 12 pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday 
• If your order has not been received in the specified working days, do not hesitate to contact us

Free shipping on all orders above £45 before VAT within England and Wales.

Due to increased shipping costs across some areas of Scotland, we can currently only guarantee free shipping for orders over £120+vat to those in Glasgow and Edinburgh. You can request a code to access this via our email info@srmailing.co.uk. If you believe you should qualify for free shipping and do not lie within Glasgow or Edinburgh, please contact our customer service info@srmailing.co.uk, and they will address this on a per customer basis
