SR Mailing Ltd - Seller Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the sale of goods and services by SR Mailing Ltd ("Seller," "we," "our," or "us") to the buyer ("Buyer," "you," or "your").
By placing an order with SR Mailing Ltd, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Orders and Contract
⁃ Once your order for goods is accepted, it is only once we have dispatched the goods that a contract is formed between us and you.
⁃ A contract is not formed once you receive an order confirmation email, nor is it formed when payment has been taken. Until the goods have been dispatched, you are within your right to cancel the order, and us, the seller is within our right to cancel the order.
⁃ Exceptions are applicable for when the buyer purchases customised products. If the buyer purchases customised products, the contract begins between the buyer and us as soon as the art work has been agreed and payment has been made. You accept that if you have made a payment for a bespoke product after agreeing terms, the customised product may already be in production, and cancellation is not possible.
Pricing and Payment
2.1 Price Agreement
⁃ If you place an order via our online store, you accept that the price displayed on the website is the agreed price that is payable for the goods. If you place an order via our retail store, via email, or over the phone, you agree that the price is at the discretion of the seller, and once agreed upon, the price you have paid is final.
⁃ Prices for goods and services are subject to change at any given moment, and no prior notice is needed for this. However, the price applicable to your order is the price given at the time the order was placed and confirmed.
⁃ SR Mailing Ltd accepts payments via bank transfer, phone payments, and credit/debit card payments.
2.2 Customised Products Price Agreement
⁃ For customised products, the quotation is valid for 30 days from the day that the quote was issued. The buyer accepts that if payment isn’t made within the first 30 days, the quotation will be subject to a reevaluation which may impact the price of the customised product.
⁃ The buyer may be subject to an additional cost relating to the tooling or printing. This will be clearly outlined by the seller when you receive your quotation and you will be informed beforehand that this additional charge is to be expected.
2.3 VAT Charge
⁃ The buyer accepts that as SR Mailing Ltd are a VAT registered company who primarily sell to other businesses, you will be subject to paying VAT on all purchases in line with government policy.
⁃ The only exception to this is if the customer is based in the Republic of Ireland to which they will have to provide their IE VAT number upon purchase.
⁃ Shipping to a Northern Ireland address with the intention of arranging your own shipping to Republic of Ireland does not exclude you from paying VAT.
2.4 Credit Customers
⁃ If you wish to apply to become a credit customer, you accept that you will be subject to an external credit background check. We do not offer credit as a guarantee, and not every customer is able to obtain a credit account with us.
⁃ The buyer acknowledges that subject to a credit check, if they are accepted for a credit account, they must adhere completely to the obligations set out in the credit contract.
⁃ These include, but are not limited to, 30 days end of month payment terms.
⁃ Failure to do so can result in termination of the credit account, and the seller withholds the right, in line with government policy, to charge interest fees for late payments.
Delivery and Shipping
3.1 Retail Collection or Local Pick Up
⁃ Any orders made online, over the phone, or via email can be collected at our retail store or from our warehouse which are in the same location.
⁃ Buyers who make a purchase with the intention of collection should allow 2-4 business hours for this order to be ready. If for any reason you would need the product quicker, you must inform SR Mailing Ltd at the soonest possible moment so that your needs can be accommodated.
3.2 Delivery Timeframe
⁃ SR Mailing Ltd will dispatch all orders placed before 12pm on the same day. Any orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the next day.
⁃ If an item is currently out of stock when you have ordered it, it is the seller’s responsibility to inform you of when you can expect this item to be dispatched.
⁃ We aim to deliver all orders within two full working days, however, the buyer must accept that if the order has been dispatched on time using what the seller believes to be the most reliable courier, the seller will not be at fault for any delays.
⁃ SR Mailing Ltd is unable to guarantee a delivery time, although the couriers we use have been selected with standard business opening hours taken into consideration.
⁃ If you are not available to accept the product/s at the time the courier arrives, it is decided by the courier how they will proceed after this. If a surplus delivery charge occurs, the buyer may expect to receive another delivery fee.
3.3 Delivery Issues
⁃ The buyer accepts that any errors in relation to the shipping address in which they have inputted the address themselves will be entirely their own responsibility. They may incur a redelivery or diversion charge in the instance that this mistake can be rectified.
⁃ If the seller is at fault for sending the product/s to an incorrect address, they will take full responsibility for this and rectify the mistake.
⁃ SR Mailing Ltd is unable to guarantee a delivery time, although the couriers we use have been selected with standard business opening hours taken into consideration.
3.4 Liability
⁃ Risk of damage or loss of the goods shall pass to the Buyer in the case of a) If the goods have been correctly delivered to the Buyer’s premises and are lost afterwards b) The Buyer wrongfully declines the goods for a reason that is not justified c) The Buyer instructs the courier to leave the goods at the property unattended.
Returns and Cancellations
4.1 Returns
⁃ The Buyer may cancel an order provided that the goods have not been dispatched. If the goods have been dispatched, it will be the Buyer’s responsibility to return the goods to receive a refund.
⁃ Returns are allowed within 28 working days. The goods must be in the same condition you received them in.
4.2 Refunds & Warranty
⁃ If the product received is faulty, the seller is responsible for dealing with this promptly. The seller must offer you the option of a refund or replacement.
⁃ In the circumstance that a replacement is not available, the seller will offer a refund.
⁃ Refund terms and conditions are not applicable for customised products.
⁃ Machinery sold by SR Mailing Ltd comes with a 12 month warranty guaranteed.
General
⁃ If any of the information provided in the Terms and Conditions is invalid, this will not affect the legality and validity of the rest of the Terms and Conditions.
⁃ This contract between Buyer and SR Mailing Ltd will be reviewed in line with British laws
⁃ Should you wish to opt out of any marketing campaigns, or request not to be contacted, we will adhere to this request.
⁃ Should you wish for any of your details to be deleted and no longer stored, this will be done so upon your request.
⁃ The date we have obtained from our customer list regarding the Buyer is not shared outside of the business. The Buyer is fully protected in compliance with GDPR.
⁃ You have the right to access any data we have about you.
